These delicious Caramel Popcorn Bliss Balls are a little bit addictive and stopping at one is not possible. Luckily they are filled with fibre and good fats so its okay to indulge a little.
Ingredients
- 100 grams Rolled Oats
- 100 grams Almonds
- 300 grams Medjool Dates
- 2 tablespoons Almond Butter
- 1 tablespoon Maple Syrup
- 2 cups Popcorn (plain with only a sprinkle of salt)
Blitz oats and nuts in Thermomix for 6 seconds/speed 5. Add dates to bowl and blitz 5 seconds/speed 5. Add almond butter and maple syrup to bowl and blitz again for 5 seconds/speeed 5. The mixture should start to come together but if its a little dry add a tablespoon of water. To test the consistency form a ball with a little bit of mixture. If it comes together easy you are good to go. If the mixture is still crumbly add a little more water.
Add the popcorn to the bowl and blitz for 4 seconds/speed 5. Roll tablespoons of the mixture into balls and store in the fridge in an airtight container.
