Cinnamon & Maple Baked Pears
- 2 pears (any variety)
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
Place each pear on a piece of alfoil. Sprinkle with cinnamon and maple syrup. Wrap each pear in the foil – making sure to seal it well. Place wrapped pears on a baking tray and bake in a 180 degree oven for 30 minutes or until pear is soft when pressed. Remove from foil and serve warm with some home made vanilla ice cream. Sprinkle with some extra cinnamon and maple syrup. If you are not a fan of cinnamon you can substitute it with nutmeg. Enjoy 🙂
