This is one of my all time favourite desserts. It is simple with only two ingredients but I only ever make a small portion otherwise I would eat the whole thing. I hope you enjoy it as well 🙂
Mango Sorbet
- 2 ripe mango’s
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
Blend ingredients until smooth ( I use a stick blender ). Pour into an ice cream maker and churn until set. You can also make this sorbet in a freezer you just need to prepare a day before you would like to eat it. Pour into a dish and freeze 12 hours stirring every few hours. This recipe makes four small serves or 2 large serves. You can multiply ingredients to make a larger serve.
