Parmesan & Garlic Wholemeal Focaccia
- 250 ml warm water
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 3 cups wholemeal Atta flour
- 2 1/4 teaspoons yeast
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese (topping)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil (topping)
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika (topping)
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
In a large bowl mix all ingredients together. Knead on a floured board for 10 minutes. Put back into bowl and stand in a warm area until doubled in size. Once dough is risen press into a 19cm x 29 cm lamington pan. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and stand in a warm area for 30 minutes. Remove plastic wrap, brush dough with olive oil and minced garlic. Sprinkle parmesan and paprika over the top. Bake in a 200 degree oven for 30-40 minutes until golden brown. Enjoy 🙂
