We used to eat French Toast all the time when the girls were little and I am not sure why we stopped. It’s quick, simple and easy to fill out with fruit. My girls love the bread cut into shapes and then sprinkled with cinnamon sugar when warm. Today they did not notice that I substituted caster sugar for coconut sugar. The husband, who we have already established in previous posts does not have a palate 🙂 covers his in tomato sauce. For myself I load the french toast up with fruit and drizzle with maple syrup. Enjoy 🙂
